Behavioral Health Technician (BHT-ABA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavioral Consultant (BC-ABA), Behavior Analysis (BA-ABA)

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated professionals for the following roles: BHT-ABA, RBT, BC-ABA, and BA-ABA. These positions involve providing ABA therapy, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and teams to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy as directed by supervisors.
- Follow and adapt behavior plans.
- Record and graph data daily.
- Communicate effectively with treatment teams and families.
- Complete documentation and paperwork accurately.
- Develop proficiency in Verbal Behavior Programming.
- Obtain RBT certification if not already certified.
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP).
- Develop individualized treatment plans for various settings.
- Create and manage data collection systems for program evaluation.
- Provide caregiver training and conduct regular supervision of behavior technicians.
- Maintain caseloads and documentation as required.
- Prepare progress reports and manage insurance authorizations.
- Attend mandated meetings and collaborate with the clinical team.
Requirements
BHT-ABA
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed a 40-hour RBT training course with certification from a BCBA or BCaBA.
- At least 2 years of ABA service experience and 40 hours of ABA-related training.
- Preferred: 2 years college/associate degree.
- Background checks (Child Abuse, Police Report, FBI).
- Experience with ABA or verbal behavior is a plus but not required.
RBT
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid RBT certification from BACB.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism.
- Experience with ABA or verbal behavior preferred.
BA-ABA/BC-ABA
- Master’s degree in ABA, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification and/or license in PA.
- At least one year experience with children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analytic therapies.
- Proficiency in FBA, DTT, ABA program development, and skill acquisition procedures.
- Willing to travel and start part-time, moving to full-time.
