Lakeview Center is hiring a Behavior Health Technician to provide clinical support across residential, inpatient, day/evening, outpatient, and community-based programs. The role emphasizes establishing a positive helping relationship, aiding with daily living activities, and ensuring client health and safety.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR certification (or ability to obtain), CPI training, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CPR certification.
• Must complete CPI training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple behavioral health programs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist counselors, nursing staff, and therapists in behavioral health services.
• Help clients with activities of daily living and accessing resources.
• Monitor and document client progress and safety.
• Support treatment plans and intervention strategies.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients.
