Lakeview Center Inc. seeks a Behavior Health Technician to support counselors, nursing staff, and program participants across residential, inpatient, day/evening, outpatient, and community settings.

You will assist with activities of daily living, help clients access resources, and foster positive, pro-social relationships while promoting health and safety. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CPI and CPR training, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass CPI training.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Assist counselors, nursing staff, and clients across programs.
• Help clients with activities of daily living and accessing resources.
• Establish positive relationships and promote pro-social behavior.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being, and document progress.
