Job summary

Lakeview Center Inc. is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to support counselors, nursing and therapy staff in residential and outpatient settings. You will help adults and children access resources, perform daily living tasks, and maintain safety and well-being under the treatment plan.

Responsibilities include establishing rapport, documenting progress, and implementing targeted interventions. CPR and CPI training are required, and a valid driver’s license is needed for program mobility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• CPI training required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to adults and children in residential, inpatient, day/evening, outpatient, and community programs.
• Establish a positive helping relationship with individuals served.
• Assist with activities of daily living and access needed resources.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being of individuals served.
• Implement interventions per the treatment or service plan.
• Monitor and document individual progress.
