Behavioral Health Technician Driver (BHT)

Location: York, PA

Employment Status: Full-Time

Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $15/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide essential support to our clients and staff. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in client well-being and daily operations, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake process for new clients.
• Maintain detailed client records through verbal communication and written logs.
• Ensure a safe and orderly environment, including crisis intervention when necessary.
• Facilitate client activities such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete shift reports.
• Ensure adherence to daily schedules and treatment plan objectives.
• Monitor the medication line as required.
• Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
