Job summary

Resilience Behavioral Health Georgia is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to support daily operations and client engagement at our Peachtree City facility. The role emphasizes effective communication, professional boundaries, and a structured treatment environment in daytime hours.

You will assist with client activities, observe behaviors, and follow crisis procedures while maintaining accurate records and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with less than one year of prior experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize and report behavioral changes and safety concerns.
• Organizational and documentation skills with accurate record-keeping.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, EMR, and scheduling systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries; on-site daytime shifts in Peachtree City.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in daily program activities, encouraging participation and a respectful environment.
• Observe behavior, mood, and functioning; report significant changes or safety concerns.
• Follow supervision, crisis response, and emergency procedures to maintain safety.
• Complete attendance records, behavioral observations, and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, therapists, and staff.
• Assist with maintaining an organized daily program schedule using email and scheduling systems.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
