Bradford Health Services in Louisville, TN is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct care and support under clinical supervision. You will implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and help manage crisis situations to protect patient and staff safety.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documentation accuracy, and commitment to compassionate behavioral health care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BH technician training preferred.
• Experience in mental/behavioral health, including direct patient care.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and accuracy in records.
• Basic crisis management and intervention knowledge.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in clinical assessments and monitor patient behavior to inform plans.
• Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities.
• Implement crisis intervention to de-escalate emergencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including progress notes and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to update treatment and discharge plans.
• Support patients with SED using specialized care strategies.
• Maintain a safe environment by following protocols.
