Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Louisiana is seeking an on-site Operations Support role to assist medical and clinical teams with admissions, transportation, meals, medication, and supervision while fostering a warm recovery environment.

You will handle administrative duties, maintain records, manage inventory, and support shift documentation and meetings. The emphasis is on compassionate, professional interaction and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and upscale any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
