Job summary

Recovery in Motion in Minnesota seeks dedicated staff to monitor clients, document observations, and support program activities. The role includes medication administration, intake duties, and ensuring adherence to policies and confidentiality standards.

Candidate must meet licensing and background requirements, be physically capable, and comfortable working weekends/holidays. A valid MN license and CPR/First Aid credentials are expected, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Complete background study.
• Know and understand Minnesota statutes 245G.01–245G.22, 245A.65, 260E, 626.557, 626.5572 and willingness to understand regulations with integrity.
• CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 30 days of employment.
• Must have a valid MN driver’s license.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to perform duties including bending, stooping, sitting, walking, and lifting at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize client monitoring, including house rounds and documenting information.
• Maintain knowledge of client activities and program expectations.
• Be consistently available to clients for questions, support, and assistance.
• Serve as a positive role model with healthy behaviors and boundaries.
• Participate in program activities with a positive attitude and assist with intake and orientation.
• Administer client medications and document administration accurately.
