Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy in Philadelphia centers and school-based hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role involves 1:1 intervention with children and adolescents with autism and developmental challenges, under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans and crisis management as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Must hold RBT license (per BACB guidelines).
• BCaBA certification.
• RBT certification.
• BCAT certification.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a facility setting with children and adolescents.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis under supervision.
• Collaborate with treatment team to contribute to the child's treatment plan.
• Monitor and document behaviors; redirect challenging behaviors.
• Ensure client safety and manage crises when needed.
• Address daily living, social, and community skills development.
