Job summary

Triangle Springs is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for night shift to support patients in daily living activities and ensure safety and care. This role includes observing patient behavior, reporting changes to the nursing staff, and contributing to the care plan under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• BLS Certification required.
• CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with performing activities of daily living.
• Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities.
• Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed.

How you'll contribute

• Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
