Lifepoint Health's 81-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech (CNA I) to support patients in crisis. You will identify patient needs, provide age-appropriate care, and document medical necessities in the chart, contributing to compassionate, high-quality care on a dedicated unit.
Applicants should hold a current state CNA license or NA I certification, complete an NA course, and achieve BLS within 30 days.

Join our team in an 81-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit. Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Mental Health Technicians, Social Work Therapists, Recreational Therapists and Psychiatric Providers. Our unit treats a variety of diagnoses such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and substance use disorder (SUD). Patients may present with psychosis, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, mania, or exacerbations of mental illness. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
