BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN SALARY: $50,000-$60,000

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide direct support to clients during treatment sessions, providing any services required within the BHT scope. This includes transportation, peer support, and any other supportive services as appropriate.
2. Monitor clients' progress and report any concerns or changes in behavior to the clinical team.
3. Assist with the coordination and implementation of treatment plans.
4. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by enforcing center policies and procedures.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
6. Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
7. Conduct drug testing and monitor clients for signs of substance use.
8. Provide crisis intervention as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) training program, or equivalent is preferred.
3. 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.
4. Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
5. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
