What you will be doing:

The Driver/Behavioral Health Technician transports clients, observes client behaviors, records conditions, and leads them to activities. Working various shifts, you will supervise clients and demonstrate exceptional care during transport.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transport clients safely to appointments and activities.
  • Maintain client accountability and safety.
  • Respect clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Inspect and document vehicle condition and mileage.
  • Report damages or unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Secure vehicle after shifts and obey traffic laws.
  • Respond to emergencies, including CPR if needed.
  • Supervise clients during transport and monitor behaviors.
  • Enter client information into EMR and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Support therapeutic activities and maintain a healthy environment.

What we need from you:

  • Full-time availability.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Preferred: Certified Recovery Specialist or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing education.
  • Professional and ethical behavior, confidentiality, punctuality.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and walk stairs.
  • No disqualifying mental or physical health conditions.
