BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN SALARY:

$50,000-$60,000

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct support to clients during treatment sessions, including transportation, peer support, and other supportive services as appropriate.
• Monitor clients' progress and report concerns or behavioral changes to the clinical team.
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of treatment plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and current client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct drug testing and monitor clients for signs of substance use.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) training program or equivalent is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
