Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our inpatient detox and residential facility in Aurora, CO. You will support daily operations, supervise residents, coordinate activities, and assist with meals and medications, under the guidance of the Lead BHT.

We value compassionate, patient-centered care. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR certification preferred, and a commitment to recovery principles.

• If you are in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
