What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.)
• Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character modeling recovery principles

Where You'll Work

Avenues Recovery Center at New England offers residential-style outpatient treatment, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Our location, affiliated with Sober Living New Hampshire, provides a supportive, domestic setting with 24/7 supervision. Our dedicated staff, many in recovery themselves, are passionate about client success.
