Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the Behavioral Health Technician team.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Maintain a warm, positive environment to support client engagement and morale.
• Ensure compliance with all rules, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum of one-year sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries.
• Honest character modeling recovery principles.

Shift Details

Overnight shifts: 9:30 pm - 7:30 am, Thursday-Sunday. Other shifts may be available.

Work Location

Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin, NH—a scenic, rural facility offering detox and inpatient services, staffed by dedicated professionals committed to compassionate care.
