Reports to: Senior Behavioral Health Director
FLSA: Non-exempt
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
License: CNA preferred.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 45 days of hire; Handle with Care (HWC) must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
