Avenues Recovery Center is hiring at its Fort Wayne location to support medical and clinical teams and create a safe, welcoming recovery environment. The role emphasizes smooth admissions, transportation coordination, meals, supervision, and phones handling.

Qualified candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and a track record of empathy and reliability. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to recovery

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
