Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or 1 year work experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Support patient admission, orientation, and daily treatment activities
• Monitor patient behavior, whereabouts, and safety precautions
• Conduct vital signs checks and specimen collection/testing when assigned
• Assist with hygiene and daily living care as needed
• Provide therapeutic support and use approved crisis de-escalation interventions
• Document observations and interventions accurately in the EMR
• Communicate patient concerns to the clinical team promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Oversee clients care and treatment schedules
• Promote a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
• Responsible for telephones and answering incoming inquiries regarding agency.
• Assist in case management activities to coordinate care across various services
• Assist with admissions, including searching patients and their belongings
• Complete all charting, notes, and documentation before the end of the shift
