Job summary

COPE Community Services, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (entry level) to support clients within a structured treatment milieu.

You will supervise daily activities, assist with daily living skills, and help run educational and recovery groups under the supervision of licensed staff. Responsibilities include reading and implementing treatment plans, offering positive cues and redirection, and contributing to a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree, no experience needed.
• Associate degree + 1 year behavioral health work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED + Peer Support Specialist certification + 2 years BH work.
• High School Diploma or GED + 3 years BH work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate the daily milieu of programs/services as assigned.
• Assist with activities of daily living skills and group activities.
• Read and implement a client's treatment plan; provide positive cues and redirection.

Education
