Job summary

Foundry Steamboat in Colorado is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech II to assist with direct patient care and interact therapeutically with clients. You will manage patient interactions, support groups, and crisis de-escalation within the clinical team.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years in behavioral health, CPR and QMAP certifications (obtainable within 30–60 days). Experience with G-Suite and multiple computer systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health preferred.
• CPR and QMAP certifications required, or obtainable within 30–60 days of hire.
• CPI preferred; CAT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admits following orientation steps and item cataloging.
• Support treatment procedures including searches and inspections.
• Align with Medical/Clinical team treatment plans for each client.
• Document client notes in appropriate systems.
• Provide client group sessions and transport when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
