Job summary

Foundry Front Range in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech II to provide direct patient care for clients with substance use and mental health disorders. You will independently engage with clients, support group activities, and assist with crisis de-escalation while following treatment plans.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years in SUD or behavioral health, CPR and QMAP certifications (or ability to obtain within 30-60 days).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health required.
• CPR and QMAP certifications required, or ability to obtain within 30-60 days of hire.
• CPI preferred.
• CAT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and orient new clients following protocols.
• Conduct searches, inspections, and investigations as part of treatment procedures.
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams on client plans.
• Document client notes in appropriate systems.
• Facilitate client group sessions and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
