Job summary

The Emily Program in Minneapolis is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech Manager to lead the BHT teams, ensure a safe, therapeutic environment, and uphold our recovery-focused philosophy across all levels of care.

You will supervise staff, provide coaching and training, participate in leadership meetings, manage scheduling and budgets, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet patient goals. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field highly preferred.
• At least 3+ years of healthcare experience in a similar position/related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the provision and ensures the quality of services delivered by the BHT and BHT Supervisors, including groups, meal support, and milieu management.
• Provides supervision, training, and support to new and existing staff.
• Provides supervision and oversight to BHT Supervisors.
• Manages team by encouraging employee engagement, accountability, and development.
• Participates in leadership meeting, treatment team, mini team, morning huddle.
• Communicates with the clinical team regarding patient needs and behaviors, and maintains clinical documentation as needed.
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team of leaders to ensure the program and client goals are met.
