Center For Discovery in Southport, CT is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Tech II to support patients through the treatment process, assist nursing staff, monitor safety, and lead daily groups as directed.

This role emphasizes adherence to policies, respectful patient interactions, crisis response, and documentation of shift notes and care plans. A valid driver's license and prior experience in mental health or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years experience in mental health/substance use/eating disorder field preferred; valid driver's license required.
