Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in mental health or related field preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all facility policies and procedures.
• Maintains patient safety and supports daily needs per program schedule.
• Leads psychoeducational groups and assists in treatment planning.
• Assists nursing staff with patient supervision and duties as directed.
• Documents shift notes and required records accurately by end of shift.
• Provides transportation services when pre-qualified to drive a company vehicle.
• Participates in staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and adheres to confidentiality.
