Responsibilities

• Assists with duties of nursing staff as directed and supports patient safety.
• Facilitates and leads daily groups per program schedule.
• Monitors patient activity and documents shift notes and group notes.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment; reports safety concerns.
• Provides transportation services for patient-related activities as needed.
