Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience in mental health, substance use, or eating disorders.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver's License.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire, training provided.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire, training provided.
• Substance Use Division: Minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery.
• Eating Disorder Division: Minimum 1 year recovery from eating disorder if in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to DBH policies and procedures.
• Provide patient safety and interventions as needed.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and support patients.
• Assist Nursing staff with duties and patient supervision.
• Document shift notes, group notes, and other required records.
• Provide transportation services for patients when pre-qualified to drive a company vehicle.
• Maintain an organized, safe environment and perform basic housekeeping duties.
