Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire, training provided.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid training, training provided.
• Substance Use Division: 1 year sobriety if in recovery.
• Eating Disorder Division: 1 year recovery if in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support patients through treatment from admission to discharge.
• Ensure patient safety and provide interventions as needed.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and support treatment plans.
• Provide exemplary customer service to patients and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle documentation accurately.
• Support nursing staff with duties and patient supervision.
• Participate in infection control and hand hygiene practices.
• Attend staff meetings and complete trainings.
• Perform duties across divisions as assigned.
