Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire; training provided.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR, AED and First Aid; training provided.
• Substance Use Division: Minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all DBH policies and procedures.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality.
• Provides exemplary customer service to patients.
• Facilitates patient daily needs per program schedule.
• Assists Nursing staff with duties and clinical tasks.
• Responds to crisis situations and provides interventions as appropriate.
• Assists in implementation of individual patient treatment plans.
• Supports patients during admission and discharge processes.

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Valid and unrestricted State Driver's License

CPI certification within 90 days of hire

CPR, AED, and First Aid certification

Substance Use Division: Minimum 1 year sobriety
