Job summary

Cliffside West LA is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech I to assist and support patients through the treatment journey from admission to discharge. You will help with patient safety, interventions, group sessions, and daily program routines.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, valid California driver’s license, CPI within 90 days, CPR/First Aid, and sobriety requirement for Substance Use Division. This is a full-time, rotating shift role in Los Angeles with a pay range of $21–$23 per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire (training provided).
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (training provided).
• Substance Use Division: minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and support through treatment.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and interventions.
• Assist nursing with duties like vitals and patient supervision.
• Document shift notes and group notes accurately by end of shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality.
• Report to work on time and prepared.
• Support admission and discharge processes for patients.
