Job summary

Cliffside West LA is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech II to support patients through the treatment experience from admission to discharge. You will contribute meaningful information to treatment planning, ensure patient safety, and provide interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all DBH policies and procedures.
• Provides exemplary customer service to all patients.
• Facilitates patient daily needs per the program schedule, including routines, meals, hygiene and safety observations.
• Assists Nursing staff with duties as directed, including patient supervision, vitals, and searches.
• Recognizes and assists in crisis situations and provides interventions as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
