Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License required.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must obtain CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
• Substance Use Division: minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all policy procedures and maintains confidentiality.
• Provides patient safety, interventions, and crisis response as needed.
• Leads psychoeducational groups and documents notes on shift.
• Assists nursing staff with duties and patient supervision.
• Maintains an organized, safe environment and proper documentation.
• Supports admission/discharge processes and daily patient activities.
