Harris Health seeks a Psychiatric Technician I to support care for patients with mental or behavioral health needs within our Houston facilities. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses to ensure patient care and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma and specific certifications; SAMA within 90 days; BLS; weekend/holiday schedule; EKG or phlebotomy competencies as applicable. This position supports Harris Health's mission of quality care for the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SAMA certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Psychiatric Technician I certification preferred.
• BLS from hospital-based AHA program required.
• One year related clinical experience preferred.
