Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required as hire condition.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist psychiatrists, patients and care management team in Behavioral Health.
• Provide basic medication triage and support services; take vital signs and document in EHR.
• Manage front office reception, patient registration, insurance/copay processing and phone duties.
• Handle back-office tasks like refill requests, injections and accurate EHR documentation.
