Job summary

Bridges of Hope LLC is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician for 2nd and 3rd shift positions in Anderson, IN. The role provides direct care in residential and detox programs in a safe, recovery-focused environment.

Under supervision, you will monitor, observe, and report on client activities, assist with daily living skills, and document progress while collaborating with clinical staff. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and communicate effectively.
• Scheduling flexibility including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• CPR or BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
• Knowledge of addiction/mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to clients.
• Monitor daily activities and ensure facility policies are followed.
• Assist with daily living skills and transportation as needed.
• Document client progress and complete required reports.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations.
• Encourage a positive, respectful, and recovery-oriented environment.
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff and other team members.
