Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC in Indianapolis is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for full-time day shifts (7a–7p). You will observe and assist patients in treatment, contribute to a safe, supportive environment, and work with the clinical team to maintain quality care.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of patient care experience (or 1 year with an associate degree), and a good driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years patient care experience OR 1 year patient care experience + Associate's degree.
• Good driving record required.
• Preferred: experience with adult patients (18+).
• CPR and Standard First Aid certification or in process of obtaining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patients in treatment and report to the supervisor/clinical team.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Enforce facility program rules in a firm but fair and professional manner.
• Communicate patient behavior with supervisor and clinical team as appropriate.
• Address problem behaviors using verbal de‑escalation techniques.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and legible documentation.
• Keep clinical records secure at all times.
