Job summary

Calvary Healing Center & UHS is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for full-time overnight hours (7:00pm–7:30am) in the Phoenix area. The BHT will be an integral part of the treatment team, delivering continuous patient care under supervision of the Milieu Manager, RN Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
Must be 21 years of age.
Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting.
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Possession of a Valid Driver's License and pass a 39-month driving report.
Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire.
Completion of Handle With Care Training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

The BHT operates as an active and crucial part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients.
The BHT works under the direction of the Milieu Manager, RN Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing.
