Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide in good standing with the state registry.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• Annual educational requirements for hospital certifications (e.g. DNV, DHS, CARF).

Responsibilities

• Assist, monitor, and maintain patient ADLs.
• Orient patients and family to unit and hospital.
• Escort patients to tests, meals, activities; supervise and manage behavior.
• Perform vital signs on patients.
