Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of case managers providing person-centered behavioral health services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare partners to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, timely, and compassionate care.
• Support staff development through training, supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor client progress and guide clinical decision-making, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and quality standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on recovery and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between staff, clients, and external partners or community stakeholders.
• Stay current on evidence-based practices and community resources.
