  • Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and engage diverse client populations.
  • Experience with clinical documentation, treatment planning, and regulatory/compliance standards.
  • A genuine passion for advancing mental health, recovery, and overall wellness within the community.
