Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a hands-on operations support role at our Prince Frederick residential facility. You will assist admissions, transportation, meals, medications, and supervision to ensure smooth daily operations and client safety.

You will engage clients with warmth and empathy, enforce policies, and document critical communications while supporting a team of BHTs during your shift. This role emphasizes compassionate care and reliable, organized conduct.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and elevate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
• Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support.
