Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Georgia HOPE program to lead the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services, guide clinical staff, and ensure compliant, outcomes-driven care across homes, schools, and communities.

The role blends leadership with direct service as needed, with responsibilities for supervising clinicians, maintaining model fidelity in programs like Family Centered Treatment, and supporting staff development under the Program Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services discipline or related field.
• At least two years’ experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to staff, including caseload assignment, one-on-one supervision, and support during client crises.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery through review of clinical documentation, management of authorizations, and adherence to regulatory, ethical, and accreditation standards (including COA).
• Support program operations by assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Contribute to program growth and sustainability through involvement in budgeting, strategic planning, marketing efforts, and referral relationship development.
• Lead team meetings, coordinate communication across internal teams and community partners, and promote a collaborative, accountable team environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and performance monitoring while maintaining compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
