Job summary

Willingway in Statesboro, Georgia, seeks a Nurse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day client care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure safe, therapeutic operations. The role coordinates with nursing, medical and behavioral health teams, manages staffing, and upholds quality and safety standards.

The Nurse Supervisor will lead rounds, mentor staff, participate in admissions processes, and maintain compliance with policy, regulations, and facility practices. Onsite facility-based leadership required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of RN experience.
• Behavioral health experience required.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides, delegates, coordinates and evaluates client care.
• Provides general nursing care in a facility and initiates care plans.
• Coordinates nursing, medical and behavioral health activities across shifts.
• Conducts rounds to monitor staff and ensure quality and safety.
• Schedules staff to ensure full coverage and appropriate unit staffing.
• Maintains accurate MAR and medication records; administers medications.
