Job summary

UCSF Health in San Francisco seeks an experienced supervisor for the Citywide CASC Team, partnering with SF Probation. The role provides clinical and administrative oversight of three CSWs, one social work associate, and one peer specialist delivering intensive case management to justice-involved adults with severe mental illness.

The incumbent supervises staff, guides crisis de-escalation, safety screenings, referrals, and training for partners, and represents the program in collaborative court

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• LCSW, MFT, or LPCC license issued by California BBS.
• Experience with severely mentally ill adults and co‑occurring disorders.
• Two years of experience with criminal justice involved populations.
• Preferred: supervisory experience and California BBS CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to CASC team staff.
• Offer consultation and clinical oversight for the CASC milieu, crisis de-escalation, and safety screenings for high acuity clients.
• Process referrals and provide training/education for partners and community members.
• Represent the program in collaborative court settings.
