BrightView is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to guide our treatment team and uphold high standards of care in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will lead clinical staff, review treatment plans, and ensure performance and compliance while focusing on patient experience.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree, active licensure, 5+ years in the field, and supervision experience. Prior BrightView therapy experience is preferred, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience in behavioral health or related field.
• 1+ years’ supervision experience preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Therapist at BrightView, or relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree required; state licensure as applicable.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care alongside supervision for behavioral health staff.
• Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
• Participate in and occasionally lead meetings and in-services; partner with Operations Director for proper care.
• Ensure compliance for supervision activities and promote a culture of compliance.
