BrightView, LLC seeks a Behavioral Health Supervisor to guide our treatment team across Columbus West (Hilliard) and Lima, OH. The role focuses on leadership, supervision, and ensuring high-quality addiction therapy aligned with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in behavioral health, active licensure, and strong collaboration skills. Expect involvement in recruitment updates, policy rollout, and ongoing staff development to drive patient-centered care.

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience in a related field.
• Master’s Degree required by state regulations.
• Active licensure consistent with state requirements, with supervision designation.

Mansioni

• Lead behavioral health services while supervising BH staff and guiding best practices.
• Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services for quality and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and policy implementation for new hires.
