BrightView Health in Akron, OH is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead our treatment team. You will provide direct patient care alongside supervising behavioral health staff, guiding best practices, and evaluating treatment plans to ensure quality care.

The role emphasizes performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and collaboration with leadership to improve patient experience while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a related field.
• Master’s Degree required; licensed independent with supervision designation.
• Prior supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LEADERSHIP: Provide direct patient care alongside supervision for behavioral health staff.
• BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LEADERSHIP: Offer expertise on best practices and guidelines.
• BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LEADERSHIP: Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services.
• PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Ensure teams meet performance measures in compliance.
• PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Prioritize the patient experience while maintaining compliance.
• TRAINING AND ONBOARDING: Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
• TRAINING AND ONBOARDING: Implement policies, workflows, and trainings.
• COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION: Participate in and occasionally lead meetings and in-services.
• COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION: Partner with Operations Director for proper care.
• COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION: Provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
• COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT: Adhere to and manage compliance for supervision activities.
• COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT: Embrace and promote a culture of compliance.
