Embark Behavioral Health in Springville, UT is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor for our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescent girls. You will lead 3-5 residential staff, supervise intake, and coordinate with therapists and day staff to ensure safe, effective care.
The role focuses on de-escalation, boundary-setting, and proactive leadership in high-acuity settings, with on-site scheduling and flexible on-call responsibilities.

Schedule: 7:00am - 7:00pm,Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Full-time)

We specialize in helping girls ages 12–17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach isfamily-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational.
What we are looking for:
Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff.
Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.
Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.
